Pesto -- tasty, understated, doesn't get in the way, and you can make it at home with your own basil.

I really love Vodka sauce!! It's not as rich as cream sauce and not as acidic tomato sauce. I also have to give a shout out to the four generations old family recipe for gravy(sauce)! Delicious!
I love a good honemade chunky marina w peppers, mushrooms, garlic and onion. It goes well with lots of different pastas and is so flavorful!

Alfredo...specifically non-thick, super creamy & liquid alfredo. anything other than this specifically, trash. throw it. (I am lactose intolerant)
Is it hard not being able to consume dairy products?
Yes & no. My stomach only reacts to it sometimes, so I kinda just have to deal with the consequences afterwards. I have a lot of bleeding ulcers, so a lot can upset my stomach lol

Alfredo because chicken fettuccine alfredo is my favorite dish. Although, you also can't wrong with a classic bolognese.

@iloveleonbergers that must've been such a cool job! I used to work in the European government and got to write on me CV "role is classified" - they also wrote into our contracts the amount they'd fine us if we ever spoke about what we did - honestly it really wasn't even that interesting!
Yeah it was kind of boring also. But since beryllium is so toxic we had to wear respirators when going on the manufacturing floor, shower after each shift, and wear specific uniforms. We’d come in and change then shower and change back and leave.
I actually had to detox from the beryllium because my levels were 6x higher than they should be based on a hair mineral analysis and that was only working there for 6 months!! I can’t even imagine what it’s like for people who work there longer. I did not stay there long.
There's a big misshap in Swap: year in Spanish is "año", not "ano". And for those who like to say "it's the same, people understand it anyway", I would like to clarify that "ano" is the word in Spanish that is used to name the last part of the digestive system.

To answer the question: using the Marry Me Chicken sauce on pasta is the best. It’s a cream sauce with sun dried tomatoes.
But a side comment: I have a feeling that a lot of players rated linguine with clams as an “F,” even though they’ve never tried it. That dog is absolutely delicious. Check it out if you’ve never actually had it.

There's only one type of clam I'd eat, and it's not seafood and is rarely served with pasta.
I'm allergic to shellfish, so I can't have clams. I have to give something that will kill me an F. 😂

Marinara! It’s so versatile. You can mix Alfredo sauce with it to make a pink sauce, and it’s just so delicious! Runner up for me would be garlic lemon oil pasta sauce
If we're talking about just types of sauce it's definitely Bolognese. But if we're talking about store bought brands then it's Raos but nothing beats a good homemade sauce with fresh tomatoes.
